Ultima vez Solo / Last time Alone

Bueno acabo de empezar con este Blog y ya lo voy a cambiar, no, no voy a hablar de política ni de la situación en el Medio Oriente, y mucho menos de “el que no debe ser nombrado”, no hablo de  Voldemort, si no de Chávez; tranquilos seguiré tratando de llevarles recetas sencillas y como dice el titulo, de “Rechupete”, el cambio es simplemente que le damos la bienvenida al Equipo a mi cuñada Ana María, en realidad es que después de la ultima receta, la cocina quedó hecha un desastre y me dieron un ultimátum, o te buscas a alguien que limpie el desorden, o se acaba lo del Blog,  como pueden ver el blog continua. No, ahora en serio, Ana se une al equipo y viene aportando todo su conocimiento culinario, especialmente en el área de los postres y dulces, con su ayuda espero que nuestro blog se vuelva además del lugar para obtener recetas sencillas y probadas, el lugar de encuentro de entusiastas de la cocina casera, así como convertirnos en un punto de comparación con otros blogs y permitir a los usuarios, de visualizar la receta paso a paso y saber de antemano que esperar de la misma, por lo menos desde el punto de vista estético. Así, de esta manera le damos una calurosa bienvenida a Ana María, y cuando digo calurosa es que para celebrarlo, la estrenaremos en los fogones, o más bien en el horno, digo por ser más CALUROSO y estaremos colocando este fin de semana la receta de los populares… horneados y rellenos de… MMM Deliciosos. Mejor es no decir nada y que sea una sorpresa, no vaya a ser que más de uno diga,  “No, Yo no como de eso” o “ay Yo ya sé hacer de eso”, si ese es el caso, no importa, dejen comentarios en el blog con sugerencias o platos que quieran ver preparados por nosotros. Well I just started this Blog and now I’m going to change it, no, I’m not going to start talking politics or the situation in the Middle East, not even start with "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named", I’m not talking Voldemort I’m talking Chavez; but relax the blog will still be about the simple recipes, and as our title states, “Finger Liking” recipes, the change will be to welcome my Sister in law,  Ana Maria, the fact is that since my last recipe, and seeing the mess I left in the kitchen, I got an ultimatum, either I find someone to clean after me or no more Blogging, as you can see I’m still writing the Blog. No, seriously now, Ana joins the team, and brings with her extensive culinary knowledge, especially in the desserts and sweets area, with her help I hope that our blog will turn other than just being the place to find simple and reliable recipes, into a meeting place for home cooking fans, as well as becoming a reference point between us and other blogs and allow users to visualize the recipe step by step and know beforehand what to expect from it, at least from a esthetic point of view. And so this way we give a warm welcome to Ana Maria and by warm I mean that to celebrate, we should  have her inauguration in the stove, or perhaps in the oven, I mean if we are talking WARM here, so this week, we’ll be posting the recipe for the famous… made in the oven, and filled with… MMM Delicious. Better if we don’t say anything, let it be a surprise, that way we won’t have those saying “No, I’m not eating that” or those saying “I already know who to make that”, if any of this is the case don’t worry leave some comments and suggestions, or maybe some dishes that you will like to see prepared by Us.
